Welcome to Bricky ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Bricky, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Proof of Concept (PoC) Status

Bricky is currently operating as an experimental Proof of Concept (PoC) platform. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform or user access at any time without prior notice.

2. Permitted Use & Social Media Sharing

We encourage open discovery and organic sharing!

Personal & Public Sharing: You are expressly permitted and encouraged to share Bricky listing collections, stashes, and generated URLs across public social media platforms, messaging applications, and digital channels.
Non-Commercial License: Access to the Platform confers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bricky for interactive property exploration and sharing.
No White-Labeling or Scraping: You may not frame, scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, white-label, or modify the Bricky application, source code, UI components, or underlying listing workflows without prior express written consent.

3. Intellectual Property & Branding Preservation

All rights, title, and interest in and to Bricky—including software design, branding, interactive components, logos, and text—remain the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator.

When sharing screenshots, recordings, or links containing Bricky content, all original platform branding (including "Powered by Bricky" attributions and logo watermarks) must remain intact and clearly visible.

4. Professional Representation & Disclosures

Bricky is an interactive search and curation technology provided to facilitate real estate discovery.

Client Representation: Using Bricky or sharing a stash does not automatically create an agency or fiduciary relationship between you and the platform operator or any real estate licensee.
Unbiased Representation: Direct contact or tour scheduling requests initiated through the Platform connect consumers with licensed real estate representation dedicated to serving the consumer's best interests.
Listing Data: Property information displayed on Bricky is derived from public and cooperative real estate database feeds (MLS) and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Users should independently verify critical listing details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Bricky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including reliance on listing data or third-party social media shares.
